Started on two planks then went to one then tried barfooting and dabbled in the eeeewwwyyy world of kneeboarding only to find a H.O. Hyperlite Extreme directional board. The light was shown to me and I purchased my first twin tip wakeboard the Neptune 6 then from there I bought and still have the 64th board Thomas had ever pressed. From there I have dabbled in wakeboarding ,wakeskating and wake surfing.
End of transmission

But then i sold that and bought me an integ this summer and recently purchased a bilevel Very Happy

Skiid when i was a little kid. Last summer i met the other dude from flict (ross). He was wakeboarding but had just got a skate. I wakeboarded with him a few times then we quickly ditched the fruit boots. Took me like 3 sessions to get up on the damn thing but once i did it was glorious. I couldnt have been more stoked to do an ollie over these buoys in our lake that stuck up about 2-3 inches. We live and breathe this sh*t now.

I got an obrien shredder used that for about 4 years and then got a liquid force fly best and after wakeboarding on that for a while I saw an ad for the lf sponge I think it was and people wakeskating on wakeboarding in wakeboarding magazine so I put sex wax on board and tried it out. I would do it like twice a year but didn't get my first wakeskate until 3 years ago.

The LF Sponge was the first skate I ever rode also.. in 2001 the first time I was ever at o dub. I saw a couple kids skating and had to try it, I remember thinking right then about the possibilities of tricks like shuvits and kickflips..
I liked that board so much, when I got back home I cleaned out every
wake shop on the Upper West Side.

SALES REP: Ten?

ME: Twenty sponges should be plenty.

SALES REP: Did you say twenty?

ME: Yeah, twenty-five sponges is just fine.

SALES REP: Right. So, you're set with twenty-five.

ME: Yeah. Just give me the whole case and I'll be on my way.

Brett Leadley, hahahaha
electricsnow, I got it. That episode was just on the other night.

Skiing always looked boring to me as a kid so I never even tried it. Everyone just assumed I was too scared. So I said chickity china the chinese chicken it and did it and it was boring. Then I got a wakeboard and had fun with that for a few years. Saw wakeskating in magazines and stuff and wanted to give it a try. A marina where we took our boat had a cwb lucky to demo so I did. I thought it was the sketchiest thing ever when I first rode it, but I liked it. I started looking for a skate and then two years later I bought a byerly (2003). I learned stuff on it and liked it. I still have it. It is still my only board. I need a new one.

I used to wakeboard, then I saw what was being done a wakeskate, and the limitless possiblities for individual style, self expression etc... that was somthing I could never have on a wakeboard, so I decided to get a wakeskate, and the second I tryed it I loved it, and I have never looked back.

i love seinfeld. It's the only sitcom i'll watch besides family guy (if you consider it a sitcom).

KRAMER: Are you still on the pill?

ELAINE: Uh, Kramer...

KRAMER: I'll tell ya, I think birth control should be discussed in an open forum.

ELAINE: The sponge, o.k.? The Today sponge.

KRAMER: But wasn't that taken off the market?

ELAINE: Off the market? The sponge? No, no...no way. Everybody loves the sponge.
