This is how they judged there latest contest. I like this idea ALOT.
The first day Jam Session format incorporated an unlimited time frame, unlimited falls and unlimited sessions allowing riders to get in the groove while five judges assessed the riding all day.
Although the rule was not required, in a quirky twist to the competition format, it’s the competitors who have the last say over the judges. In other words, the judges decision is not final. If all competitors are in agreeance, the judges decision can be overturned. |

"Day two belonged to just one rider, 15-year-old Chris Kallas. A mid-day injury on Saturday put him out of the competition on the first day, but he came back firing. In the highest ollie competition, he was the only one to clear the bar at 700mm and then emptied his bag in the freeride competition consistently popping frontside and backside shuv-its, 360 flips and backside big spins. It was only his kick flip which remained elusive."
I'm guessing someone meant shuvs???????? |

i dunno ALL DAY? Im not really a huge fan of comps but weres the spirit of competetion in riding all day? I mean sooner or later as a judge you have to say " hey kid your not gonna land it so stop trying it right in front of me"
just my two cents.

devotid, exactly, as a rider i would love that but as a judge or promotor it just would not work, but i def agree somthing should be changed, i love jam formats! and for winch contests i wouldnt do one if it werent for it |
