FingersMcGee you can get fins on an integrity... Since when does integrity not have a lot of pop????????
shmifty I haven't ridden my oak yet, but I got it because I didn't want to spend $300.00 for my wakeskate, and I wanted a simple concave wood deck... Otherwise I'd probably have gone with Integrity, they both get excellent reviews on here so it's going to be win-win situation for you... _________________

OK, I'll try to be as politically correct on this as I can, since <some> think.....well I don't even know what they think or IF they think for that matter.
First the background. I actually own an Oak Artificial Heart. AND, I actually ride the stick as often as I can. It is the only stick I ride anymore.
Question answer.....The Oaks come with fins, although I do not ride MINE with fins. FOR ME, the Oak is a GREAT ride. Smooth, solid, comfortable, perfect size FOR ME (40"), and very good pop.
(the opinions expressed above do not reflect the opinions of this website, posters on this website, or readers of this website. They are MY opinions based on MY experiences)
I have never ridden (nor said anything bad about) an Integ. Having said that, I very much like what Integ has done for wakeskating and do very much hope to ride an Integ one day.
Thank you.

logan, He's not being a jerk. You have to understand that almost every aspect of a wakeskate (in terms of how it rides) is a personal preference. You shouldn't say anything about how an Integrity has a lot of pop until you have ridden one and determined for yourself. _________________ - Evan Molina |
logan, im sorry if I come off as a jerk to you but as I said in the other thread I just hate how everyone who is new jumps on a bandwagon
Please explain this to me....who is the "new" person and who is jumping on a bandwagon.

logan, fingers was just saying that the oak rides well because its his favorite board and it is a sold well-rounded board... he never said anything (good or bad) about the integ... how about you cool down and not jump to conclusions
shmifty, ive ridden both and i am alittle partial to the oak but thats only cause my preference is wood boards... but i really do wanna try the 06 taylor board... expecially since its heavier... whatever you decide i know you will be happy cause both boards are well put together sticks _________________ Nothin better than Wakeskating and Motocross!

i want to ride and integ so bad......ive rode the oak but i still like my impulse more the oak is sooooo slick without fins. so if you ride finless i wouldnt recommend the oak but i like it with a fin.
anyways i dont know if that helped any but like theyve said you cant go wrong really with one of those brands
the omens look sick too!!! |

I wish I had a local boardshop with a decent selection of wakeskates, I also wish I had some friends that wakeskated up here in Calgary with different boards for me to demo before I decided on my own board, but I don’t have either. I rely on the feed back everyone gives on here, and for my situation I think its working out fine. I know that some peeps are gonna be brand partial (spelling?), but that’s fine, I love seeing guys stoked on the deck they are riding, its not a huge deal for people to be givin props to the companies they ride. There is enough un bias info on here, I mean chickity china the chinese chicken there is like a bazillion threads about omen, integrity, oak, cassette, kampus, etc etc all of which give tons of good info on each board. So I don’t mind seeing guys giving mad props to any of these companies, if you are really determined to get solid info from an un bias source, look no further, this is a tight site, everyone knows that. Not only that most of these guys who give props to their company of choice HAVE gotten the opportunities I haven’t, and have got to ride all the other skates, I don’t mind one bit taking the information on this site and using it to help me make a decision about my next skate. That’s just my opinion on all this shizzle. _________________ No Falls - No Balls |
