Ok I need to know soon I'm looking at the LF Impulse 41 and the Oak Prodigal 41, torn between the two and really leaning towards the Oak. What is the rocker on the Prodigal, I know the Impulse is a 2.0" but all i know on the Oak is that it's 3-stage...
Ok boardstop is sold out where can i buy it, how do use strictly skates?

so what's the deal with www.boardparadise.com? how long have they been around? i see their name and website url is vaguely similar to my shop's- www.boardersparadise.com. their BP logo is also somewhat exactly similar to one of our logos, too.
i think i saw some ads from them in the mags last summer.
logan, im not siding with either brand, but keep in mind that since youre having trouble simply placing the order, youre likely to have issues getting your skate warrantied if that situation should arise. LF is everywhere so if you have an issue with your deck you can just take it back to the local boardshop. just something to keep in mind. also, the boardshop manager/owner/something like that posts on this site often. maybe try and hunt him down and buy it through him? just throwin ideas out...

Logan,
don't worry about troubles with the Oak. If you get one, and you do have an issue, you'll deal with the man at Oak, MikeyT.....likely you won't be able to say that with LF. Get the Oak.

scott a, thanks for trying to help, my problems weren't with oak they were with finding somebody with a site that you could buy from. Still thanks though and I appreciate it.
NotSoBueno, they (boardparadise.com) emailed me early this morning after I had sent them an email checking to see that it was in stock cuz it said limited availability (didn't see that until after i ordered) and they let me know it would be shipped out today. I've heard good about Mikey T at Oak previously so I wasn't really worried about the Customer Service...

Dude you made the right decision with the OAK bro...
I think youll enjoy it alot more than the LF.
Sorry about the site, we had togo back to the one were you couldnt sale on line because the one were we were was just tapping us to hard each month.
