Thought it would be neat if I went through all my old WBM/Alliance/Blue Torch mags and uploaded all the wakeskate pics... I'll try to update whenever I get to the scanners at school.

I'll join in here and post a couple of "vintage" shots that everyone has seen before.

Back in the 80's when jimmyz was cool, I had this skating shirt that was way too large for me and it said "sk8 rat." Seriously, jimmy z was cool...

Hey, there should be some old wakeskating footage of schmaltz in HiT it, if you want to take some digital shots for the internet or something. I only remember him trying to kickflip, but it was unsuccessful...

Kyle, do you have access to the delicious footage of jason messer jibbing circa 1999? Bill McCaffray did a whole article on wakeskating somewhere around 1999, so that would have some good stuff.

How does that saying go? Live by the sword, die by the sword...

At least kyle had the common sense to cite his pics, now I'm going to hell...

Zing! Despite my law breakin', gun totin', gangsta-esque ways, I can gain comfort in the fact that I actually PAID for the magazine that contained the pictures I posted, and I have in no way undercut world pub by sharing said pictures. The April and June 1995 issues are no longer in print and are sold out, so their "profit potential" has been exhausted. I am in no way profiting from my post, except in the thought that people can see some old footage of wakeskating that they would normally not have access to (and I know for a fact that some people appreciate them). And if my hypocrisy offends you, please request to dave that he delete my post.

With love, from Russia...

Man Kyle, most of those pics bring back memories of freezin my a$$ off in Colorado reading mags about being warm in Florida. Keep em coming, I'm sure there are a bunch I missed. How's Orlando been treating you.
S
PS- Josh man hammered a w2w shuvit with no grab on sunday. We probably wore B's tape out watching it that nite. I think the rest of us may just quit wakeskating all together now. Not.

Rolling Eyes Oh jeez, we're not even safe on a private forum. I paid for all these issues I pull the pics out of, just like e-snow. And at least I site the source...

foammesh/sean how's it going? Orlando's pretty good, been taking a little break from riding but I've been on the water here and there. Once work starts back up on Sunday (and my car gets fixed) I'll get back into the swing of things. Give Justin a baseball pat for me and tell him I said 'good job, sport' Wink and tell everyone I said 'what's up.'

It's actually Dave that could get into trouble for allowing copyrighted material to be posted. I don't work for World Pub so it doesn't bother me in the least that you guys posted some pics....
