I don't know exactly, but a rough estimate would be:

1-50 = Newbie
50-100 = Ollie
100-300 = Pop Shuvit
300-500 = FS 180
500-2000 = BS 180
2000-5000? = Kickflip
5000? -XXXX = 360 Flip

These are just rough guesses, but a moderator should be able to give you a more accurate list. Wasn't very hard to find just browsed thru a few profiles sorted by descending postcount on memberlist.. In addition to the above ranks there are of course the Moderator rank and I also believe it is possible for a mod to make custom ranks for people (usually is)..
