My friend is just getting into wakeskating and he's gettin a board pretty soon. He wants a composite but he doesn't want an Integ since I'm already gettin one and he doesn't want to have the same board. What is a good composite other than an Integ? _________________ I like to choke when my team needs me the most, no Romo. |

i'd go for wood. wait for the 06 cassette skates. If you really dig composite, byerly 06 or gator doyle are nice skates. _________________ Just ride and have fun |

I want more than names, I need some kind of review. How do these boards ride, pros and cons, etc. _________________ I like to choke when my team needs me the most, no Romo. |

Just so you know... Hyperlite, LF, and Gator(I'm pretty sure) are compression molded, which is basically the same construction as a wakeboard.
Integrity, Omen, Liberation(are they still around?) and Distortion do composite decks, which are different from the standard foam core in fiberglass deal. They usually seal wood or some other funny material up using different, more snowboard-like methods of construction.
Pretty cool stuff. _________________

Omens are sounding sweet as hell and Liberations look nice. Gators i have heard from a few are just insane, and Distortion... I don't ever hear too much about Distortion... i didn't even know they are composite? _________________ - Evan Molina |

Gb doyle are nice for composite. nice size 40.5" so it has a skateboard feel type and the weight is not too heavy and not too light. the design is cool also! Distortion are made of composite with wood. _________________

| my friend (on omens team) got an omen and its sick as hell but they probably wont come out for a while. it looks really durable and has a little more weight than an integ. the rocker is pretty mean and the kicktails are basicaly about the same as an integ. |
