im looking into the prodigal oak or the gator mcguckin......i really need as much advice as i can get. the gator is like $70 cheaper and if its the same pretty much then ill go for gator but if there is any advice you guys can give me it would help out alot. and please dont tell me to go demo them bc its not like i can go outside and and pull one out of my butt and try them out. i know u have to go to a boardshop but its way out of my way. help! _________________ "Cause I have found, all that shimmers in this world is sure to fade....." |

dude, oak is like no other wood concave and with its 16ply, its the strongest out there,

wow talk about gay. on the okcboardshop.com site like 30 mins ago it was $180 for prodigal now it just changed to $200 w-free shipping.....its still cheaper 180 though but that jsut pisses me off. and the guy who runs the site i guess sent me a pm telling me about this site after it changed. Actully since the guys added the 20 and took away shipping cost, your actually sving about $5-10 bucks...
Give you an example,
We sent a skate to So-Cal last week, $35 bucks shipping!!!
Are you serious!?!
Shipping cost are really out of control.
They go up every January. Thats what the guy at the UPS store said.
I think its crap though.

Not to mention the price to get a board in the shop is higher because of shipping from the board comanies.
