Flatten off of your edge before you pop it. And take your time, rushing is only good in football. _________________ √ |

Nick: It'd be really cool if you wrote down some thoughts about flips tricks. How to practice and general advice. The moderators would probably agree to publish something on this site.
How high do you need to ollie up ? In some videos the board barely has room vertically to flip, I guess that's on the bottom end of the scale. _________________ Jazz up your life !

Dave asked me a while ago to do a kickflip trick tip and I completely forgot. I'm gonna work on that as soon as I get back home. Read the thread by Nekkie, I posted some good stuff in there.

Hang your toes on both feet way off. Then cut really hard on your toes so they are dragging. Then pop a really sloppy ollie and open your shoulders to the boat. Now lift both feet off the board and kick as mob and straight down as you possibly can at the board, preferably on the heel edge. Close your eyes. Land and ride away. _________________

che blanc, haha... that's pretty good.
Kinda off topic but whatev... I was on the golf course over Christmas break with my pops... and was playing with some random pair... par 4, 335 yards with a creek in front of a green. His buddy said so are you going to lay up? He replied, nope, layups are for basketball players and proceeded to fly it on to the green. Albeit there was a slight wind, i was still very impressed. |

Use your ollie to kind of push it in front of you, and flick with a diagonal downward motion. _________________ √ |

That would be super sick, maybe get some up close tips. I've never ridden in salt water either. Then a little session at Sarasota Sk8park, I love that place. _________________
