any company in this industry that goes corporate and trys to make lots of money off of it will fail and thats what hype is doing

Yeah, Hype was really core before all of this, it sucks b/c they hired a businessman to run their business Rolling Eyes

Yeah it sucks that people get into this for the money and not for the love of the sport, and unfortunately if they run their business right, they can succeed. (It's happened numerous times in other sports before)

If you really care this strongly about this, go out and keep supporting the ROCs, it's the only way to show the big boys it matters to us who makes our boards.

labellethrasher, they just got fired. herb still owns radar. i hear they will have a new company called radar wakeboards, but with most things heard on message boards its probably just a rumor.

I heard radar wakeboards too. But I know zero reliable sources, so I must have read it somewhere.
