| I didn't really like their last album, actually, I really hated their last album. This new one though, aptly titled "Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Volume One: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness", is pretty good. I heard The Suffering on their site and I downloaded Welcome Home, both awesome songs. So anyone who likes Coheed should (if they haven't already) check this one out. |

Wow, I guess I'm the only one. I like this album because they got waaaaaay less emo in this one. Their last one was pretty gay and emo. . . . .GAYMO!!!!! But they sound a bit more indy rock in this one rather than emo.
P.S. Yea I know the Suffering is emoish, wanna fight about it. _________________ I like to choke when my team needs me the most, no Romo. |

deltarider500, I'm pretty sure Coheed and Cambria is classified as emo. Or not, doesn't matter. _________________ I like to choke when my team needs me the most, no Romo. |

as far as side projects go, does anyone listen to the band 3? its joey eppard's band, and joey is the little brother to josh eppard, who is coheed's drummer. its really good stuff, joey also does some killer solo stuff thats worth checking out as well. _________________ R.I.P. Coheed and Cambria is putting on a show here in sweden next week.. are they a good live band? worth seeing? I've heard some of their songs and they seem to be pretty good. I think Thrice is gonna open for them, and they kick ass so I'll probably go if i can get tickets.. _________________ Jag heter Fredrik |

your best bet is to get them through a p2p source. im not positive on this, but i dont think shabutie was ever truly signed to a label and producing music. it was the origination of coheed and i know that a lot of the later shabutie material is the same stuff that became the second stage turbine blade. use limewire or soulseek, those are the two that work the best for me.
and K'jellman, dude hell yes you should go to that show. i love both bands and i think that thrice would be worth seeing for their musicianship alone; they sound incredible live. last time i saw them they sounded as good as they do on the cd. go if you have a chance. _________________ R.I.P.
