Nick my heart goes out to you, I found out late yesterday afternoon, Im so sorry, I really feel like the whole industry if not the world has lost a truely unique and one of a kind person Jim was most deffinately the role model for wakeskatings ultimate dad, theres not much that can make me pray anymore, but I promise you this theres going to be several prayers with Mr. T's name on em, I honestly felt like meeting Jim was one of the high points of my trip to Florida, and I honestly cant describe how sad I am that I wont get to relive that experience again _________________ why dont you try playing hide and go Fvck yourself |

I loved him, I barely knew him, I had never met him in person but I got to chat with him here, and I must say I could not believe this guy hitting the pool gap at 56. I was so excited to meet him soon. I know I will, and know we all will. He loved this sport as much, if not more than anyone of us, and he will always be with me as an inspiration. Nick my heart goes out to you and your family, he truly touched my soul.

Nick, you have a huge family out there who would do anything for you. Many people respect you for who you are, and you are that person because of the great man your father was...never forget the good times you shared. Mr. T lived every day like it was his last. He is a role model for us all. Much love to you and your family. |

nick im so sorry and as we talked in the hotel room on monday, those laughs made everything seem better, but still not the same.
i spent the last two days he had with u guys and i must say he had a blast and so all u guys know he attempted metro west!!! and came damn close, one of the last things he did and it was epic. he was too young to pass on but in a situation like this, there is that tear of happiness, ya know?
keep ur head up nick! you know your dad will be the first there to pat u on the back for all ur accomplishments and the one inside u telling u to get up, u got it on the next try. he may not be here but i know ull still hear is voice, laugh and cough everyday. |

I always looked forward to hanging out with your dad - the one, the only JT. He was a great guy and always a pleasure to be around. Where Mr. T was, so there was a smile and a laugh. I remember Sunday at Metro West there were fireants on the wall next to him and he kept saying how he was letting them chew on him because it was only fair because he went into their home. It was pretty funny, but it was also very insightful into what kind of a guy he was. He will never be forgotten - keep riding and doing your best ... JT wouldn't want it any other way. you know i'm here for you, we're all here for you. stay strong.

Nick, I am very sorry to hear about your loss, but he raised one hell of a kid if you ask me. He is up shredding the gnar in a better place. My thoughts and prayers are with your family man. He seemed like an awesome guy. _________________ The aforementioned postings and musings are the opinions of myself in their entirety and are not the opinions of wakeskating.com |

Nick, scott called me in 5th hour 2day, and i called him back and he told me, i litterly walked into my next hour and told my teacher we had to pray, my good friend just lost his father. Nick, your dad was an awsome guy, he drove you all over florida so you could follow your dream, he was so involved in your life, and got along with everyone he came in contact with. I remember the first time meeting him he gave me and scotty a big hand shake hug thing, it was awsome. Your dad will be greatly missed, and as you all have mentioned, im sure he is shredding it up stairs with JC. Nick your entire faimly will be in mine and my family's prayers, you know if u need anything u can call ne time or whatever. RIP Jim Taylor. |
