I really like the passion here people. I really dont think these is anythign scarier that a gang of 125 pound wakeskaters coming to mob you.

freerider4, im not the one who came out with the threats that was ya boy PIRATE - "arrr". and dont give me your little pitty party about acl/mcl. me and Brandon Lee are both at just 4 months out from acl reconstruction. yes it sucks, but it doesnt give you a free pass to anything. and just fyi they dont do mcl surgery.

I am not going to say either of you are right or wrong,I wasn't there. But Enigma after the contest you and your boys were on here harshing on Nick. You all complained about him coming up to the contest and how he acted at it. Now I have known Nick for a while and I am down for what ever he does even if it's saying something that can be misconstrued as egotistical. But YOU and YOUR boys set precedent treating him wrong. The sport is small and we all have similar passion why harsh on someone because he is good, says something, or is getting his?
Nick knows life is a learning experience I guess he learned a little about the boys is Atlanta.

Yeah, but that is just what we do and who we are, you can't take that away from us. With out that....you have nothing.

Personally, if I were Nick, I would have come at this the complete opposite way. You need to like..."Yeah, beach...I landed that shat.....and oh by the way, I just to this money!!!". That way there would be no doubt about it, you kicked everyones ass, and you need to set pressadent (how do you spell that) early. Establish dominances....

But that is just me.

What is all of this accomplishing? Seriously. Everyone just needs to get over it. I know Nick personally, and I don't think he is cocky at all, but that is just my opinion.

I just think if say his name was Grubb or Reed you guys would probably just have laughed and tried to be there best friend. I'm not trying to start ANOTHER arguement, just stating what I think.

So when's the next comp in Atlanta?

itch - of course it would be our fault. it is our fault that he came to the tournament, it is our fault that he said what he said.... yeah... ok.... everyone there was pumped to watch the kid ride and he put on an unbelievable show. nobody is taking that away from him. the only thing that anyone is "harshing" on is a statement he made on the dock and then him DENYING IT.

Nor Cal - the only thing i am trying to accomplish is to clear up what was said. I was there. I heard him say it. End of that story.

Itch, no one his "harshing" on Nick Taylor because he is good, or because he is getting his. No one is saying he is a bad kid. He said what he said, Enigma quoted it, put it in the article. Then once the N.T. groupies saw it in the magazine, they started crying about it. NT denied it and said it was "totally misquoted and out of context." Enigma knows more than probably all of you that misquoting someone could possibly land them with a fat lawsuit, if the "quotee" were so inclined to do so. You probably never got a chance to read PIRATE's full posts, and in fact they were quite exciting. Now it looks like everyone else's posts surrounding his are "out of context"

ive been lurking around for a while nor cal. never had much to post. im not much to see on a wakeskate, dont know specifics on it, dont keep up with it that much at all, but i ride one on occasion and i enjoy watching the videos that get posted. but, i do believe it is a worthy thing to join and post when i witnessed the situation that we are talking about.

cum2me - PIRATE was the one making threats. he just isnt man enough to leave up his posts.

even if Nick did say it... I dont think you should of put it in an article in Alliance...

I wasnt there to hear if Nick said it... but im behind my friend on this one... sometimes people say stuff they wish they didnt or they were just messing around... personally I am a joker when it comes to being on the dock waiting to ride... thats how I deal with the pressure of contests... I ack like a totally idiot, and some people might take it seriously but most know me and know that I like to kid around ... obviously you dont know nick you probably took his comment seriously (if he did say it)

plus by putting the Integrity name in there... your stepping on so many toes

How is that making some one look bad? "The good natured trash talk"....that in itself says that it was taken in fun, or at least for all those that don't read this site.

NorCal...since when do you need to post somehting worthwile on a chat board? 90% of the crap on here wouldn't be up.....it's the internet, not a graduate thesis. Get over youself.

I image the next tourny in ATL will be next summer, like they are every year.

Plane and simple it didn't need to be printed it looks like it was included in the article out of spite. Because of all of yours previous statments about NT, his fans.
Nick has landed more than his share of the tre flip he called me excited the first day he got it on film. So yes it is your fault for harshing him and then to print something you know would be inflamatory. Sorry thats the way it looks.

It's not even that he's harshing on Nick that gets me, my question is how does something like that actually get published? It's written like a 6th grade book report (poorly written sentences with misconceptions about what was actually going down)...

I'm going to go out on a limb that you submit the article and picture to the editor and they "publish" it.....I haven;t really researched this very deep, so that is just a guess.

It's a wakeboard magazine....it's not fiznackling TIME.
