Hey guys my roomate is putting together a crazy video. outkast two never happened cuz ricky ephrom got caught up with alot more money than wakeboarding could make ya know. chris took him on some vacations with rockstars and they ended up filming music videos instead of wakeboard videos. two years of footage has ben building up.........insane stuff though ill leave it at that. this is the biggest claim ive ever made in my life but chris sees where wakeboarding/wakeskating and bindings are going in 5 years. no joke but i dont care if you dont believe me. thats why the kid is flying to thailand on g4 jets. that aint normal.

i wish so bad i could talk about these wakeboards/wakeskates/bindings but dude i love cassette so much and hypeskates have a few good points but this stuff is so far ahead i just keep drinking to it

tomvanwake, next time you talk to chris ask him whatever happened to those shots that ephrom had of him that were gonna get published of chris riding at ~95 feet at 28mph landing 30 feet in the flats or what not. i remember ephrom telling me about them like two years ago but i havent seen or heard anything. i think he was gonna get them in the mags right around the time that outkastz 2 was gonna be released, but that obviously didnt happen sooo...

and yeah, lets not hype anything up until there is a final product that is ready to go...and even then dont hype it up. if its a solid board then it will speak for itself.

in conclusion...
hype: bad
boards that ride like sex: good.

Tom van wake...I wanted to ask you this, but after reading that thread on wakeworld, my question is almost answered. are you the tom van arsdale that used to ride with derry malloy, and are you the tom van arsdale that helped out with the first jibbing shots on a wakeskate (with derry and jason)?

Or do you just have the same name? And these questions are all serious, by the way. If it is you...it's not like I knew you or anything (at all), but these posts kind of bum me out.

derry was in jail? I talked to him on the phone awhile ago...maybe last spring or something? He's an interesting person, very opinionated, and I still want to talk with him more about wakeskating.

He was actually pretty psyched on that gate as well. Quite frankly, I just can't argue that becuase he's been through most of the phases of wakeskating (like chopping boards and helping jason with FWT), so I'd say that he knows what works for his style of riding at this point. he's sick...the no cheater block guy. Very Happy

anyway, thanks for clearing all of that up for me.

yeah D was rollin around the states in buses and prisons for 3 years. Hes sick in my opinion always forever. Ill have him sign up though on wakeskating.com and get ahold you. i showed him this site and he thought it was dope. I cant wait to tell you about the designs chris williams has lined up for the future of this sport that sport. after you sign all the paperwork and that ya know. hes a crazy kid but i think he knows whats up. derry helped alot too with three years of thinking like tupac style.
