After months of talking about building a rail, my friends and I finally got off our asses and put together a 16ft flat rail and put it on our lake. I had never really hit a flat rail before because ive never had the opportunity to ride on a lake with one. Ive only hit rails at odub and a few other half rainbows and picnic benches here and there. The first couple hits on the flat rail were weird at first but i got it down after a few hits. Even landed a front board shuv out 2nd try. All in all it was a sweet day and I found that flat rails are a hell of a lot more fun because theres alot more skateboard influence with them and if anyone has tips for lipslides I could use some because i went for one today and almost tackled the rail with my face.

Also just wondering how many of you guys have rails at your lakes and if so what kinds.
