Forum, Palmer, Gnu, and Neversummer are all really good board companies.

Lib Tech along with Gnu is owned by Quiksilver, so I really would not call them ROC.

Burton is like the Hyperlite of the snow industry...they own Forum, Four Square, Special Blend, Gravis, Red and Analog.

I personally ride an UnInc 158 Gigi because it is a great board and I represent for Jeffy to the fullest on it.

ROC in snowboarding isnt the same as all as in wakeskating. I mean Burton isnt as hyperlite because buton is developing the sport more than any other company in the industry and burton is roc. But in the support roc isnt imortant in the snowboard scene becasue all companies there is are already big so buy whaterver you like but i would recomend a burton.

i've ridden Burton, Kuu, Rossi, K2 and Head...out of all of those, I like my K2 the best
...i know a lot of people who refuse to ride a ski company board (ie. K2, Head, Salomon) but they make great boards...

if you plan on doing a lot or park riding and rails, get the Burton Dominant...it's cheaper than most boards and is made specifically for rails and park

integrity640, you should probably get a 158-160cm board and a board that has medium flex. i wish i could get a new board but i dont have the money, my board is way too stiff for what i want to do now
