ollieing on land...

Hey I just got my new Sattelyte skate and I'm practicing 180 and 360 shuv's on my carpet. But I cant ollie!!! I'm trying to do what they say in the video's and its not getting me off the ground. Is it because I'm doing this on carpet and it'll work on water?

Id say its becuase you're doing it on land.

Try it on a couch.. or just do it on water...

senorbueno, lol, i havent tried ollieing on a carpet i have done shuvs and such and also wakeskated in a hotel and a hotel pool.

wakeskating on a carpet is so sick!!!! i can do that for so long but i cant ollie either,exept with a bi-level or sometimes a gate... but still u can try shuvs and stuff... and if you do so, watchout for the seiling, it can be lower than you thaught...
