I know Cox/Time Warner/Comcast all do not carry it, at least not in the 3 areas I'ved lived in over the past 2 years... Which providers do?

i know direct tv does. i want the channel but fuel is not on the list of channels that i can order.

i have cox digital cable in las vegas and i get fuel tv, i dont pay any extra either.
