first off dont ever,ever ever ever ever eveer ever ever do a f-s body variel dont do a body variel anything, Why you ask casue there gay that why.


b-s lip shuv out,

pop onto the wake have bost feet about covering both finholes, bend your knees and make sure your sliding all the way back side, (when you learn them it should feel like you couldn't go anymore back side if you wanted to) then in one quick motion just kind of switch your feet back to normal, the board will turn do to the presure of you switching your feet back.
