had one of those today...

During a 360 off the lip I sent the board too far away and it came back on both of my shins... Hurted like a motha, tought I broke one at first Laughing

then after a lil break so I could feel my legs again I go again and try so front bigs inside out, and I end up spining a 540 and spliting, busting my left knee that is so fizzle up already that it poped in and out like a charm, doesn't even hurt anymore, no swelling Very Happy

But I heard the fiznackling pop! Was shizzle scared.

It's like the 3rd one I tried inside out like that, board is still spining too much and out of control but I'm getting there Laughing

I think most on here can relate to your grip tape pain. On my first 3-shuv attempt the other day the grip owned the back of my knee right where it bends. Now it won't heal. Crying or Very sad

one day i did a frontboard 270 shuv out and missed the board with my back foot, i didnt split but i still have an 8 in scar on my leg. then a few days later i was doin a switch 270 to frontboard and my back leg kindda shifted in the air so when i landed my toes were on the edge and it slipped off and the board took a piece out of it
