Well after a long 3 monthts of trying to get my bi-level warranteed, young Thomas finaly saw proof of my boards cracking, and proof of purchase. The moral of the story, dont give up if you have a warantee problem, and make sure you can back up your claim with photos, (or my case video), and proof of purchase. One thing Thomas said to me on an email was that there are kids out there sending in pictures of their friends board trying to get a free board aswell, if any of you are out there you should be fiznackling ashamed... ITs a company run by just recently 2 guys, and its dicks like you that screw up everything. Anyways, from how it ended getting my board I think Thomas thinks im just some fiznackling punk kid who doesnt give 2 shits, but whatever, I was nothing but nice for the first 3 months, and the last weeks had few ugly notes, but im glad its all delt with. SO if your having warrantee problems or whatever, be truthful, and be prepared to prove it...
Thanks again Cassette

Rob wharton, I just want to say that I think it's funny that you chose that 41 reed shot for your avatar. When I had a bi level in my hands and rode it for a bit, I took a close up shot of that cassette c-pattern on his deck and i was going to use it for an avatar. I tried to shrink it down yesterday, but I couldn't get it under 6mb with out it being like 10 pixels by 10 pixels.

Anyway, that's just funny to me, but I laugh at stupid things.

hahahahaha....

well rob, now that it's no longer my avatar, feel free to use it. If you would have done that while I had mine..well, I would not have hesitated to beat your ass with your own shoe. Very Happy

it took 4 months to get my new set of bilevel decks but it was well worth the wait. after failed emails and phone attempts, i talked to thomas at the toe jam and he gave me his number and told me to call on that monday and he would take care of it, and he did. i have a lot lot of respect for him and cassette and everything they have been able to do, and are continuing to do for our sport.
PS after all this, two weeks after i got the new board, and it was taken right off my dock, so now i'm back to no bilevel goddamnit...

rob, I don't own one yet. Dave actually let me use his over memorial day weekend. VH1 voted that the best weekend ever...haha, seriously though, I'd like to buy one in the near future from the boardstop. Right now, that's just the board that suits me, and I have the most fun on it...they're raging.

he should have done like the big companies do and have people saw the end of the board and send it in then you know its f'd up and cant be ridden.

I guess Parky could still ride it though... Laughing
