i ride the cwb LUCKY and i love it. Lots of people complain about paint cracking and stuff with other companies, and I have rode mine 6 times now and it looks as good as new. I just started like 2 weeks ago and i am progressing very well, but honestly if i could go back i would buy a wood concave board. Mikeskatesonwater Your wrong, the cut outs in the grip don't make it slippery. I have my stance right on both of the cut outs and its not slippery at all. Plus, everyone here is just anti big corporation Companies, do what you want.

The CWB Lucky is a great board for a beginner. My friend had one and rode it two seasons without it chipping or cracking. But, mikeskatesonwater, is right, it is pretty slippery where your feet go.
