Any girls wakeskating/ getting into wakeskating?

I'm a girl trying to get into the sport as well. Are you being hasseled by the guy wakeskaters? Any place to start if you want to get into the sport? Any help/tips/comment would really help!

well as a guy i know if anyone especially a girl is wakeskating or wakeboarding i welcome them fully. i mean girls that shred are awesome! i';m glad girls are even interested in the sport so i always gve them the utmost respect.

i'm not a girl but i know you won't get hassled by us/this site.... we actually encourage girl riders.....we, especially me, am stoked to see girl wakeskaters. start hear.....we can answer pretty much every question you have to throw at us. ( i think thats what you mean by where to start)

hey .... im a girl and i skate... i do more boarding, but i do skate every once in a while... who are these guys that are harrassing you? dude dont take any of their shizzle... they're probably only harrassing you because they know you rip it up out there... well keep it up... its awesome to see more girls riding!!

Dude its great when girls are actually intrested in board sports, not just say they surf, skate or whatever. have you bought a board yet?

I can't see anyone being harrassed (sp?) in wakeskating, that's what i think the beauty of it is, there are no people walking around calling each other posers, no people walking around with a board in their hand to look cool, and Everyone is always welcoming people into the sport.

congrats i think. i will be the first wakeskater guy to try and jib some guy sea doo who came too close to me. he never tried again after that little episode Twisted Evil

blah its alright, im going to rixen 2marrow and might try to get a few to ride. congrats on being the first on your lake. I wanted o be the first on my river to kickflip.. but nick ruined it. haha
