| Can it be done, I've been trying a few but I'm not sure if its worth it. I'm pretty sure it could be done, but is there any input or vids from anyone? |

well sort of fakie is dominat foot on the nose switch is unnatural foot on the tail, and I think a new board will be coming out in the next year that will make fakie and nollie more feasable _________________ why dont you try playing hide and go Fvck yourself |

| theres still no real way to make it a tru nollie though is there. cause on a skateboard your popping the nose of the board off the ground. i understand you can make more of an even pop towards teh middle of the board but will you ever really be able to push the nose of the board into the water for pop??? |

OK... switch is when you are riding with the opposite footing of what you normally ride. It's ALWAYS called switch in wakeskating when you go into a trick switch, because you can't use your front foot to make it a fakie ollie. There is no such freaking thing as cabs or halfcabs in wakeskating (yet maybe?... this statement could be outdated someday due to leaps in board technology).
But, there is one fakie in every boardsport- when you land with your back foot in front out of a trick that requires less than 180 degrees to get you landed backwards. Say you do a regular boardslide and decide to come out with your back foot in front- some magazines humiliate themselves everytime they run sequences like this- it is NOT called a boardslide to 180 out. It is a boardslide to fakie. You only turn 90 degrees when you come off the slide like that.
Say a skateboarder goes up a quarterpipe... mmk are you envisioning this?... and does an air without turning at all. Not frontside or backside air, just goes up, doesn't turn at all and comes straight back down. That is an air to fakie. Fakie has two uses- doing an ollie with your strong foot while riding backwards- and coming out of certain tricks backwards. Hope this helps... _________________

| vance, i know theres no nollie, but i use my front foot to spin it, and i dont pop it neway... i do it as i would do a nollie shuv on a skateboard. Cuz thats what im used to doing. i dont call it a nollie shuv when i do it, i call it a fs shuv... but i used my front foot to turn it. and im kinda in the front of the board a bit. |
