Well, i finaly got to test out a bi-level today. I rode the Danny Hampson 42 incher. Getting up on it felt so good, riding around and cutting. I loved the wood feel agian, which i havnt experiance since my Integrity purchase. Well, ask i was riding around on the skate, i was loving it, my feet fit perfect and it felt nice having all of that room to move around. Its a farily WIDE skate. The concave in the top deck is really very nice. The whole feel of it is wonderful. So after riding around getting used to a bit, i really didnt notice it was "Bi-Level" board any more. So i start ollieing a little... and what everyone says... is true. It pops like no other. Its pretty amazing accutaly and feels so nice. I went over to the lip and start sliding it. Blah. This is where i say what i didnt like about this board. I start lipsliding and trying to front board. Back When i was in the boat i was lifting the board up and stuff looking around it. IT IS HEAVEY! Wow, like people said it was a heavy deck and they were absolutly right. Getting on the lip and cutting quickly, the board feels VERY bulky, like it acctualy takes effort to go over and pull a lip slide, unlike my integ. After that i went for a shuv, and landed on the board but got pulled over. The thing didnt feel like it popped but it did a bit. Felt like it took a LONG time to spin. I really wanted to take it wake 2 wake. But the kid who let me use it told me not to take it inside out or wake 2 wake, cuz he didnt want to risk busting it like his last one, But horrell sent him this new one... Well, Over all, the board was nice. I guess i could get used to it. And watching Hampson and Horrel ride it at the pro tour showed me it really is crazy if u are talented. My self am lacking in that party. So quick over veiw, i loved the feel of it, the wood was amazing. It popped like WHAT, and had alot of footing room. The concave felt really nice like my feet were perfectly at home. Things i didnt like. The thing weighs SO much. Its seems very bulky while riding it, and its just not natural feeling. Also Hard to spin quickly. Im sure it just needs some getting used to. i took a few runs on it and asked for my Uni-Level integrity back. |

| -=AlexXx=-, good to know you liked it. After a couple of shuvits/360 shuvits/kickflips/whatever else you can spin you get used to the slowness and weight of it, just to let you know. Nice review. Might make it a sticky for a little while if I see any more BI-LEVEL OR INTEGRITY topics. |

Nice write up alexx. The weight did take a little bit of getting used to. It was pretty funny because my shoveits were stuck at 90 degrees for a bit, but then everything worked out nicely. Once I got used to it, it wasn't bad at all. But I think it will take a bit of effort to do a 3 shove.
