Tool -10,000 days

The begining sounds like Lateralus with more distortion, but if this is what the new album is to sound like I cant waite. They also have dates set for a north american tour. I cant waite.

New Tool single hits radio waves tomorrow... called Vicarious.
I heard it earlier today, it's definitely the same Tool sound that I know and love.

The album... called 10,000 days will be in stores May 2nd.

It reminds me of schism a lot, expecially at the end with the drums. I'm still looking forward to the rest of the tracks.

Every album is TOOL at their best, they are all perfectionists and will not put something out that the whole band isnt stoked on.

they nevercease to amaze me. 10,00 days is one of the most dynamically recorded albums. I especially like how the vocals were purposly put further back in the mixes.

So i have heard that the new album is a 2 disc set and they are going to release the 2nd cd in septemberish.... not totally for sure on this one but if all goes well its going to be true... lets keep our fingers crossed
