Can't decide which Cassette model to ride on. A-Symmetrical 41" Reed or A-Symmetrical 42" Horrell. Both boards have according to the specs the exact same width but differs in length and weight. I have the 2003 4-track (which I assume is almost the same as 2004 Horrell) and I think it's the best board out there. I've ridden the old 3D 41" but I guess it's a totally different board than the Reed which is A-Symmetrical. (wider nose, narrower tail) Please help me out.... Which one???

Go w/ what you already like the horrell. If thats what you have been riding and like it; stick to that. |

I always wanted to cut some skis down so they are short and take them on the rails at owc but the won't let you. |

why dont you just get the reed if you already have the horrell? you said it yourself, it's the same board. you may like the reed way more. worst case scenario you dont like it, and you still have your horrell. |

Yeah but my old 4-track is almost in pieces. The egde is all f***ed up because of the rails... Can't ride on it much longer.... I think I'll go with the 42", (although it would be fun to try the Reed 41"...) _________________ _____________________________

I think I like the Horrell graphics better but the graphic on Reed isn't bad either...
I can't ride on a ugly board hahaha. Most cassette graphics are pretty cool though.... _________________ _____________________________

honestly the graphics are gonna be gone in a month, im riding a 3d 41" and love it, i think that the inch could make a difference but if you eventually wanna move onto some tech tricks, the smaller, the easier |

Yeah I know, I rode the first 3D 41" two years ago and I thought it was easier to do tech tricks but I like the 42" better for wake to wake tricks, rails and especially double ups. It isn't impossible to do tech shizzle on a 42". Look at some of the tech tricks Thomas is doing on the 4-track 42", truly amazing.... I think I'll stick with the 42"........ _________________ _____________________________
