wakeskate excursion

me and my friend dont have any work tomorrow so we decided to go on a little wakeskate excursion. Were thinking about just hookin up the waverunner and going to some lakes around the tampa bay area or central florida. Does anyone know of any good lakes or waterways that are generally calm and maybe have a few rails set up. Were leavin early tomorrow so any info that you can give me would be apreciated. Were also talkin about hitting up the projects. Is it possible to go to the projects and ride without setting up an appointment in advance?
