I have quite a predicament.

My dad has a runabout fishing boat with a 115hp yamaha 4-stroke. Decent on gas, obviously way better than that gas sucking whore of a Malibu at the cottage.

However... I;m picking up a 97 Seadoo GTX on saturday, 110hp 2-stroke. Anyone know which will be better on gas? The 115 yamaha or the seadoo? thanks!

Well, you'll find out pretty quick. But older two strokes are very inefficent motors fuel economy wise. So I'd guess the 4 stroke.
