i haven't ever ridden on liquid force wakeskates but i'm getting interested because of all the pros i see who are switching to liquid force, but i'm wondering how the foam is on the control, does it grip well or will my feet be slipping all over it, i'm also wondering the same about the impulse, is the grip tape gonna keep me in place or will i be slipping?....also, i'm wondering what size i should get...i weigh 135 lbs. and i'm 5'7", i'm thinking the 41"....please give me feedback....thanks

If u can, I'd hold out until the Aaron Reed model is released....supposed to be around May I think?

Should be a great stick and worth the wait.

dunno...and no disrespect to the Impulse or Control or anyone who rides them, but Reeds will for sure be a better stick.

Initially, this is true, I'm sure. But there is no way Aaron Reed would stay with a company that doesn't or won't put out a 'quality ride'. IMO the LF sticks are already quality rides, and there is no doubt in my mind that with the new input from Reed & Hampson, their upcoming skates (all models) will improve all around. I spoke with Aaron at the LA boat show and he said that he was able to give LOTS of input into a new design.
