Well my Spring Break was a freakin blast once again!
I flew down to Cancun with 22 people on the 9th for a week of drunken insanity and some preseason wakeskating. We stayed in Playa del Carmen because our hotel in Cun got destroyed from hurricane Wilma but we were upgraded from a 2 star to a 5 star so that was sick!!
After a few days of abuse to my liver and lungs we took a 120$ cab  (round trip) to the Paradise City of Cancun. Me and my girl hooked up with Scott Smith, the owner of Wakeboard Cancun for a few sets on the fresh/salt water lagoon.
I rode the Sattelyte 43 Tiki and was blown away!! The board has really good pop, nice shape and felt very stable during ollies because of the weight. Heavier boards are deffinately the way to go! Garry let me take the board to demo which was way cool of him, and I'm deffinately going to pick up a heartbreaker for this summer!!
My Vacation was amazing and I highly recomend Cancun even after Wilma it was still BUMPIN!!

Atleast you could have surfed! Of all the sports out there surfing is the one i most want to try and it is also the hardest to do in central ontario.
I also learned to windsurf down ther which was pretty cool but it has nothing on the real.

First time on salt water and it was only about 50/50 salt water and fresh sooo it rode great but i can't compare to anything but riding my homemade and flat cassette on fresh. But it was the bomb!!
