I played it for a little bit. But its not real poker. You cant read people or have a good bluff. It does teach you the basics and some more. I would rather play with real people even if its just my friends or at a tournement.

xboard32x, not necessarily true. if you are playing extremely low limit or not playing with real money, you can't read at all, but with online poker for a little bit more cash (i usually play ultimate bet or royal vegas) you learn a lot of betting patterns and you can even take notes on the players you're playing against. i don't play too often, but i've got some friends that are way too into it, but they make a decent amount of money off it so whatev.
