ok i put this in the general section in the hopes that more people would see it..for spring break i just got the chance to go to south padre for a week and party like a rockstar. everything is take care of already, its all arranged and everything is good to go. im takin my skate with me for sure, cause we're gonna be right on the beach, and if there is even the most remote chance of us gettin to use a sea doo then im goin skatin for sure.

however, i'd much rather go with someone that at least knows their way around the water, so is there anybody in the south padre area that would like to skate sometime next week?

oh yeah, we're staying at a condo at the sheraton hotel..i think.

I've never ridden there, but the water is always cold... and I don't know of any of the beaches that have pretty smooth water... so let us know what you find. Oh, and there are sh*tloads of people there during this time... I may go down for a couple of days this weekend, but I doubt I'll be able to stand, let alone ride.

Michael Manzer, my cousins live on the island so i am down there a lot... your best bet is to get a sea-doo on the bay side and ride there

thats kind of what i was hopin for...its a guarantee that im gonna be absolutly drunk beyond belief that whole time, i was just hopin to get some skatin in while being fully inebriated...thanks guys.

im sorry, but if youre fully inebriated you wont be able to wakeskate. i think the term youre looking for is "buzzed."

yes i realize that being completely incapacitated will not allow me to wakeskate, however i have done so in many various levels of drunkeness. and no matter what time, at what level, i have always had fun in doing so, mainly due to the fact that have literally lived my entire life no more than 100 feet away from any body of water at any time, and have come to love being on that water, no matter what the form or state of mind at the time.

littleblightie. sorry if i offended you or something like that, what i was trying to get at was the fact that its flippin spring break....girls, drinking, partying, girls, drinking, partying....if i can fit some wakeskating in with that...then hell yeah. so thanks for the encouragement to enjoy.....
