Who's going to the Acworth, Ga stop? my friend (big_dee45) and me might go. he is for sure but i might be able to go with him. just wondering whos going?

big_dee45 instead of going to atlanta you should go to the toe jam it is a lot more fun than pro tour. The pro tour will get boring if your going to watch riding.

Vance, Didn't a few of your friends from the site hit up the first tour stop last year? Are they greedy bastards too, or is Phillip Basino (and the like) some how more greedy because he "doesn't have as much fun" or something?

Vance your such a tool, yeah I am sorry not everyone can live off of their asses and actually have to make money wakeskating. If only the world consisted of everyone wakeskating and not paying the bills. Next time think before you post, because if there was no money involved then there would be no such thing as a "professional" rider.

Yea people could actually get a real job. There are only a few people who actually can make a living off wakeskating, like Grubb, Daniels, Byerly to name a few. In my opinion most of the people who go out for pro tour is to get sponsers or make money. I think thats bulljive to say if there was no money involved than there would be no such thing as a professional rider. So your saying Byerly was not a professional wakeboarder, but he is a pro wakeskater bc he does the pro tour? I dont believe that is what makes you pro. I think getting sponsors is what makes you a "pro" IMO. Because then you are making a commitent to the sport in the terms of you have to represent your companies, there for you would do contests such as pro tour.

Yes some of my friends did try out for pro tour. Its just my opnion on what I think about the pro tour. Everyone thinks different. Thats why I like the smaller contests such as blast comps over pro tour.
