how far away from the nose are the two four trac fins on the cassete skate?

if u look at the board in quaters. one quater from the nose the fins r there. do u get it lol Confused

no "lol". I dont get it. pageh656, the fins are 8.5 inches from the nose of the board.

why is it called a 4 trac when there sonly 3 fins?

Because you could put all four fins on...I dont know why you would do that, but you could. (two normal fins and two NS fins)

It is a 4 Trac because it goes with the theme of Cassette. Haven't you noticed the relation to audio/video equipment? The name has nothing to do with the fins.

almost all the new pro models are 4tracs i think the only symmetrical one is drew's

Naw, there are only two 4-tracs - Aaron's (41') and Thomas'(42'). Then there is a 40' and 43' a-symetrical decks, but they dont have the 4-trac holes.

WaKeSk8Er1234, the concaves are symmetrical and the 4-track are A-symmetrical... (narrower tail, wider nose...) The 2003 4-track 42" is a lot heavier than the 2003 41" concave.... I think the 4-track fins are crap, mine broke after noseslide attempts... Thinking of getting some aluminum fins up front... Idea
