tonight i cooked the "menu" we had on our first dinner date at my old apt
chicken breast, butterflied and pounded thin. layer of spinach and a mixture of feta, crumbled bacon, garlic, olive oil and a tiny bit of bread crumbs. the mixture is rolled in the chicken, tied and coated w/ olive oil and dusted w/ cajun seasonings. the sides are steamed ears of corn and steamed green beans coated in olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper
a bottle of nice vino.. which i'm working on now... and getting hungry!
it's all cooking.. finally done and kicked back checking email and such.. we're lamos these days.. oh.. the little one is eating avacado and chicken nuggets  |

Sounds good Warlock Glad to see people still like to cook
A couple years ago in 8th grade 98 percent of the 26 people in my class couldnt even measure out a cup of flour. I tought it was pitiful. I love to cook, mainly grill I wana get a smoker this spring and makin Texas BBQ in Indiana These people up here dont have a clue what real BBQ is

integrity640, yeah man.. grillin is where it's at.... unfortunately i have a big green egg and hardly use it wtf? i used to grill 3-4 times a week... i don't know what the hell happened.. i guess marriage
btw i have a few friends w/ kick a$$ resturants/bars here... my best friend and the godfather to my little girl used to run Chops and Nava in Atlanta and has a cool place here now.
if your around it enough.. it rubs off i guess... any of you come to birmingham... i'll guarentee you a cool resturant tour.. one resturant got rated in the top 10 in the US... Highlands Bar & Grill... Frank Stitt is the man.
any of you guys/gals work in resturants or aspire??? i almost went to culinary school in colorado about 5 yrs ago
as much as i just typed.. i've obviously had too much vino

| Iamjesse, two words.... George Foreman...not as good as regular grilling (especially being from Texas), but they get the job done. |
