So there isn't any confusion, I'll let you guys know what is going on before you cast your vote.

Basically after several years of being overly understanding and lenient, asking him time and time again to please cooperate with me (and make my life easier), I was finally pushed over the top when he posted an image of a man's genitals. This is not the place for that kind of crap and I would not tolerate it from anyone else. So remember when you vote on this poll, that if you were irresponsible enough to behave in that way, I would not be letting you back.

I think a temp ban would be more suited, but Dave is the man here and he had every right and a lot more to ban Grouch if you look at his posting history ...
