when i click check out. everything in my shopping cart dissappears and i cant pay. any one know how this site works?

Probably cause they don't have the goods in stock.......I have travelled there a couple times only to leave disapointed.

It would be worth your while to call them to see if what you are looking for is actually in stock, there is a toll free # on their site.

its a great store, there website hasnt been updated in quite a while, the 06 stuff should be up on the site soon i would think. The store owner is great has always given me crazy deals and i always leave buying way more stuff then i plan. as far as thier stock goes they have always had tons of stuff there.

canalskater, What did you order? Cuz next to the item is a count of how many they have left and instead of taking the item of when it reaches zero, they just leave it up there. But if not I'm screwed cuz I just bought a Bi from them so they better have shipped it.

I agree they are great guys and give awesome deals, I have also left with more than I aniticipated. On the other hand 3 weeks ago I called to confirm they have Cassette concaves in stock as their site shows 5 available....none to be had. All i'm saying is call them before placing an order.

A few weeks ago I ordered a Cassette Concave from buywake.com and it accepted my order....24 hrs later I got an e-mail stating they did not have in stock and could not get any more from Cassette.

You may want to call them just to confirm they have stock and are shipping.

jboss, which one did u order? the horrell? because i ordered a reed. i finally got it to go through. i figured i might as well get one now while i can because i planned on getting one sometime but i may not get another chance. i hope it ships.

no man it just means that particular page. if you scroll down you'll see some wakeboards and bindings and stuff. that stuff is not real it is just given as an example on that page only. it is a real site because i've bought from them before and so has a friend of mine. if your order was processed you'll get your stuff.

I checked my order status and it said "pending" and it looks like the site hasn't been updated in forever. canalskater, How long ago did you buy from them? Cuz they could've sold it or something to osCommerce or whatever.

hmm. maybe. but then why does the count on the boards change especially the bi's. because i really havent seen any of the others change.

canalskater, That might be part of the project they mentioned. I also tryed their e-mail address and my Microsoft E-mail editor came up. I also clicked on one of the products at the bottom of that page and it let me put it in my cart so I dunno. I think we've been dooped.

jboss, that's what happens when you click a hyperlink to an email address, it auto opens your microsoft e-mail editor. That link should have the webmaster's email in it, that's what you need to email them.
