Yeah, so I go to ww.com sometimes when I'm bored at work & have already hit the other sites.............and I found this thread. Apparently older dudes like me are supposed to be surfing more than skating. Whatever!

I think most of you are failing to realize that the majority of the individuals on ww.com are wakeboarders who view wakeskating simply as something to do when they're tired of wakeboarding. I only saw one, maybe two, individuals posting there that understood and had respect for the technical aspect of wakeskating not quite so evident in wakeboarding (i'm don't mean to call out wakeboarding).

Wakesurfing is homogay, and all my wakeboard friends dont realize how technical wakeskating is and never will so they will never appreciate it. The question that should be asked is Wakeboarding vs. Wakeskating.

wakesurfing is fun and all but its an understatement to the real thing. wakeboarders like it because it doesnt take much to be "skilled" at it. wakeskating however takes a lil more time than it thus "hate" is created. how many times does a person fall? idunno hundreds? wakeboarding and wakesurfin u can kinda get away with lookin cool and not falling. 2 cents
