Varial Flip

alright... so now that i am doing kickflips, i decided to take on a new challenge, varial flips. i have them down on the trampoline but thinking that on the water it will be a little bit different.. any pointers or step-by-step from people who can do them?? any help is fine

ATXwakesk8r, I would start off by hitting a few I/O shuvs...big.

Edge out and throw the shuv early and pop it up, absorb it a little with your front foot now wait a hot second then flick your foot straight out, watch her spin.....stomper. Good luck!

you cant put the art of the v flip into words. just watch alot of v flip movies in slowmo over and over and you will be able to see it in your mind, know what your feet body has to do, but its all in your head. here is two shitties to get you started
