Looks lik water to me. I was going to say that maybe the pictures are old. If I look up my apartment complex, my building doesn't even exist yet, just a couple of other buildings and piles of dirt.
The maps are not always up to date.
Google Maps also got me thinking. Somehwere in the world, on Google Maps there has got to be a major car accident, or a house fire, or any number of weird things like that. With so many images it's almost impossible not to have something like that. (Unless of course they screen everthing, I don't know.) |

yeah my friend had this when i went to visit him. its pretty cool buy yeah there not up to date. When i looked at my house there was a tree there that we had chopped down about 3 or so years ago.
This might be somewhat useful in following waterways like rivers looking for spillways or dams and cool winching spots and whatnot. I dont know though they might be hard to locate. |
