3rd day shipping sux

i ordered and integ 3 days ago and paid the extra few bucks to get it before thanksgiving so i could ride it over the break and all day in school i was lookin foward to coming home and having it and when i get here im told ups came and passed with out stopping and now i hav to go to work, tomorrows my only day off over the whole break and if its not here today i cant ride. can i get my money back for extra cost of 3rd day shipping

canalskater, it takes one day to process so the 3 days starts the day after you order it. youll get it tomrrow

hammer49i know. im pretty sure it says when you buy a board from integrity to allow one day for processing.

yesterday i was drivin home for thanksgivin and there was a fed ex truck that got its whole side ripped open and all the packages were on the road. hope that didnt happen to ur integ

UPS sucks. and im not saying that because im bias and have had a few packages a little late. my dad works there, and all i can say is if you guys knew what happened to most packages that go through the ups building, youd be horrified and youd drive all the way to california to get your integ instead of having it shipped.

its not scheduled to be delivered until monday. sunday to monday is definately more than 3 days, holidays or not. and ups has nothing but machines to talk to. how do i get my money back?
