Greg T, no breakage (that I know of). my ankle is feeling stronger now, but my foot is still pretty sore. I have a doctors appt. at 2pm today. (these pics were taken yesterday.)

I can walk on it, with a limp. but I think it will be okay soon. hopefully i can get back on a board in a couple of weeks. Smile

My friend John just bough a new Canon Digital Rebel SLR.

the same thing happened to me one time and like 3 days later the side of my foot and ankle was black

awesome! i had xrays taken today. It might be a fracture the doc thinks. I doubt it because Im able to walk on it somewhat.

maybe if i'm lucky i'll have a black foot in a couple days. Laughing

shizzle i feel ya man. i was trying to kickflip a 7 and i didnt get my back foot on and i rolled it an di broke it and 2 of my toes.

Sweet. I have had a bunch of those. I got my dad's paper ankles and they crumple at will. The worst was when my friends were bored and there was snow everywereand we shoveled off my driveway and were seeing who could clear the longest gap from garage to ply wood landing. I was hauling and I popped pretty good but my front foot slid all the way to the edge of the nose and when I landed it slipped off and did the same thing as yours but my whole body weight and motion forward was still on the board and it rolled it even further. It swole to the size of a softball almost instantly and turned all kinds of crazy colors over the course of the next couple of weeks. Now I can roll either ankle where I have full weight on it and the little bone on the side will hit the ground and it will hurt like hell for about 5 minutes and after about 15 min I can skate it again.

That just reminds me of why i love to skateboard so much, where else could you bend your ankle 90 degrees and still want to skateboard the very next day. good work Surprised

my back truck clipped the cart handle. I'll be back skating probably in 4-5 days. I did a small 5inch high ollie last night--it felt great haha.

I'm going to wakeskate on sat and snowboard on sunday.. I'm pretty amazed on how fast I recovered.. I shouldnt say that, I may jinx myself.

ahh, I've had a bad knee injury before. I hyperextended it..to the side.. i tore some ligments on the side, and under my knee cap. they werent complete rips, only semi torn. that really sucked.. I couldnt skate, snowboard or anything for 8 months.
