ok ok...
Ive been thinking about this one for a long time and was planning on doing this when ever i get the money together to make a box. If you remember from Moster Garage when they made the VW Bug float they used liquid closed-cell foam. The stuff is pretty cheap, you can buy it by the gallon, dump it in to what ever you want to float and the stuff expands something like 10 times its volume. Just google it. |

n8t3d0gg, i dont know what cheap would be but at $18/cubic foot (you'd need at least 10 cubic feet to float even a small rail or box) that could run you up a little bill...
the only reason i say anything is i have a little bit of knowledge of foam- my old man owns a styrofoam company, and we use it to float stuff and its way cheaper than that for raw foam. for that kind of price you could get it polycoated and it would be pratically indestructible... either way i just thought i'd share a little knowledge with everyone else take it easy guys and have fun
o and 4 feet is not shallow _________________ www.OakWaterSkates.com
