it was like the second to last trick in the oak skater ben's little video part.. its like a 90 shov then catch it and go switch? is it hard?

are you talkin about a casterarial rewind (sp) if you are its a body varial shuv it and then bring it back regular so youre only switch in the air when you catch the board
