why would going to ontario make you skate better? if you want to compete, travel to Ontario in the summer...it's too late now

Eh Ellipsis rider i live in Alberta and i go through the same thing u do. No one skates here. thats why we gotta be the pioneers and spread the word. explain it to anyone possible, recruit riders and just make ur self known. wakeskating.com has helped me out to communicate with other skaters. u might also wanna check stokecity.ca for ur local news on events and such http://www.stokecity.ca/quebec.shtml is the html for the quebec riders but ya go and compete and win in ontario then get ur pic in the local papers. plus talk to ur pro shop guys they might set up local events
good luck
PEACE

Ellipsis rider, you're not alone. The only events out here are for the "people who can't wakeboard." Wink

Just keep riding and if you're good enough you'll get noticed...eventually. Twisted Evil

there are lots of skaters in bc man. you should do the bc tour, theres a open wakesakte division and a pro division at everystop... how far are you from vancouver? the contest stops in kelowna, kamloops and a couple around vancouverand abostford.

ya its its me hiiting that rail, i actually have many other pics...

i talk to my shop often, but i only know 2 that sell wakeskates, and they dont giva a sh_t about me, they made up a team for wakeboarding with their friends... thats it!

ellipsis is pretty sweet, they sponsored me for wakeskating, and thats the only thing that help ,me up... they make sweet clothing, not to expensive, a shirt is like 22 plus shipping, and a zip-up hoodie is 50 plus shipping... they sponsor kids with serious potential in wakeskating, wakeboarding, skateboarding, snowboarding, band and mabye freestyle motocross but im not shure...

i just bought a trampoline that should actually help extend my list of tricks and my season to... its bad its so cold in here now.... i keep on wakeskating tho... i want today, now i look like a smurf, im all blue...

yo bc cable park is actually 2hours from where i live, i cant go there often, i am only 14 so theres no way i can drive there...
