i went to buywake.com and looked at their wakeskate shoe and it says

New model and colors arriving early September. Our next shoe will be the best ever, hands down!

does that mean that they are getting the dresden in new colors or are they getting like a kenyan with mesh or somthin like that

It's actually going to be made from the novas. So, yeah, it will be a new style of dvs/buywake dresden.

damn i was really hoping for the kenyans i have the lther ones now but thy get pretty heavy and dont drain good in the jersey sun

Yeah, kenyans would have been hot for sure. Here's a different pair of custom DVS wakeskate shoes. I guess the guys get some about every three to four months, and they can be made out of just about any dvs shoe (depending on the seams or something like that).

If I remember correctly, these are the huffs...but I could be wrong.

You can't get them, they're for team riders only. Kind of like the kenyans and whatever other custom DVS kicks those worthy team riders are showered with...

Areed has some cool looking ones in the epic boats ad in the new alliance. No idea what they are though.

Tell me these wouldnt be the best wakeskating shoes though:

whoa theyre fugly but sweet. nike hasd a bunch of mesh ones at foot locker for like 100 bucks thatd be kickass wakesk8 shoes. only thing is once nikes get wet they smell horrible even after theyre dried. my milans have like green stuff on the back heel from my sweat and it smells really bad. Shocked

i love my buywake dresdens, but the sole is getting really worn out. i plan on getting the new buywake shoes next year. i hope they last longer.

his article has inspried me. man i was my milans tonight cuz they got kinda wet and havent been able to dry sufficiently. so they went into the washing machine. i might have to wear my boots tomorow Very Happy
