Hey. Just wondering if anybody out there has ridden a hyperlite byerly 107. I'm thinking of buying one but I'd like to hear how it rides.

probably worst board I've ridden with the Catalyst right behind it. I would go for a Kampus/Cassette/LF/Integ.

But thats my opinion and my skate preference so let other people state their opinions before you make a decision.

I have a 05 byerly and I like it alot. I'd recommend trying all the boards you can though before you make your final decision

i had a 05 107 and it rides well. i weigh around 180, so i prefer a bigger board. i sold it to my friend and bought the gate 111. the bigger more boyant board pops alot higher. i don't know if it's from the cut out tail gimmick or not. the byerly is a heavier board for it's size. i got a good deal on a l/f impulse 31", wich is smaller than the byerly, and that board rides very well. i want to get a bigger wood board, like 33". wood is defanitely good.

i had an 04 and it SUCKED!!!!the rails where WAY to sharp. but the 05s are night and day compared to the 04

Its OK. Good for wake tricks not as good on the lip IMO. It will last for ever though. If you get a 05 grip it, the foam robs your for some control.

I rode it once and i'd say it was an alright board but not worth the money we pay up here in the North. I like my cassette flat, my homemade and the level 13 supa star all way more that the byerly.

I'd say if your going to get a skate get a sattelyte or level 13 and support, since they both make better boards then the 05 byerly anyway.

But then again buddy of mine rides the byerly and kills it sooo its all ur preference.
