| I had a discussion with a wakeboarder buddy over this. I think we are the rednecks of the wake world. I mean think about it. We will ride behind anything that we possibly can (winches, rafts, canoes, coffee tables with bolted on outboards) as long as it works. We spend hours in our garages whittling away making some gnarly and sometimes very haggard decks, all cause we love to ride. We would all ride without any contests or sponsers. I find our community very refreshing in a scene that seems to be over-powered by egos and $$$. |

| xboard32x seriously these days though if you go on wakeboarder.com pretty much all of them are jocks. |
