Winch plans

Hey guys,

I'm a first time poster but I've been reading these forums for a while. I've searched all the winch stuff and know that some of you guys have built ones of your own. Any chance you guys can get me the plans for building one? I've got friends who weld so I can take care of the box, and have found an engine that will do, but as far as all the mechanics go... I need a little help.

actually did consider buying a 50cc kids dirtbike... they're about $400 on ebay. that wouldn't have as much versatility as a winch though.... (as far as... skating in random spots)

Yeah I was also wondering If some1 on here successfully took a motor outta somthin and made a decent winch.

i'm going crazy here, it's uber flat in front of my house, but no boat can go there... It's like the best winching spot ever... right there in front of me with crazy sunsets on it everyday...

Please kento, put an end to my suffering!!!!!!
